Fiscal Responsibility
Smart, transparent use of taxpayer dollars focused on results. Every investment should be aligned to improving student outcomes, with clear reporting so families understand how resources are being used.

Math & Literacy
Strong reading and math skills are the foundation for student success. I support full implementation of the science of reading and evidence-based math instruction so every student has access to high-quality teaching. That also means using data to identify gaps early and providing targeted support to ensure all students are on track.

Teachers
Teachers need both support and autonomy to be effective in the classroom. That means giving them access to high-quality curriculum, meaningful professional development, and the resources they need, while also trusting their expertise to make instructional decisions.

Family and Community Involvement
Open, transparent, and community-driven schools. Families and community members should have clear access to information and meaningful opportunities to be involved in decision-making. This means being flexible and meeting people where they are. Strong schools are built on strong partnerships between educators and families.
